Comfortable room. Great breakfast selection. Had an issue with high laundry charges. Location is great for walking tours.

I spent a cozy 3 nights in a King Room with an accessible shower, and I loved how spacious and soundproof the room was. There’s a relaxing outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace that really helped me unwind after a long day. The only minor drawback was that I could hear doors from other rooms, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all. ☀️

Light situation in the room—no main ceiling fixture, just lamps, which can make the space feel dim and less inviting. The noise from adjacent rooms can be quite intrusive. every door opening and closing is heard loud and clear. Not to mention the quirky process for handling payments. they wanted to place a charge on my guarantee card just to cancel it—a setup I’ve never run into before, leading to a half-hour delay that made my ride anxious. Plus, no amenities like a toothbrush for the price—the little things add up, you know?

Eight nights at Hyatt Centric felt like home. Staff attentiveness stood out, especially Gianfranco, who surprised us for my wife's birthday with thoughtful gifts. Esteban and the team treated us to lucuma at breakfast, a delightful Peruvian treat. Breakfast offered an incredible full buffet with a wide variety of delicious options. The room cleaning service was top-notch. our space was always fresh and welcoming. Doormen went above and beyond, helping us find our Uber. The gym had great treadmills but lacked sufficient equipment for strength training. A bit more variety in that area would improve the experience. Overall, the hotel was a quiet retreat, close to everything but away from the city's hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay.

Great stay in Lima

Had a fantastic visit with a King Room featuring air conditioning, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was phenomenal with freshly baked croissants and top-notch coffee. The rooftop bar offered stunning skyline views and refreshing drinks. The fitness center and outdoor pool were nice touches for relaxation after exploring the vibrant area.

I had an amazing stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive. My room was very comfortable, and the bed felt luxurious. The location was convenient for exploring local restaurants. 🌟

Couple getaway set right

The breakfast buffet was amazing everything from American to delicious options of local cuisine they had it all. We also got a free upgrade to a spacious King Room closer to the rooftop bar which was a nice touch, really enjoyed the Pisco sour they serve up there.

It wasn’t cheap but considering the quality it was acceptable in the end.
